I had a fantastic stay at a charming hostel in the heart of Bogotá's historical center. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, recommending all the must-see sights and giving me great safety tips. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. One of my favorite features was the rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the city. The hostel itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with hot showers and a tasty breakfast included. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bogotá for the first time. a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel in a prime location. It was just a short walk to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower. Despite a few minor issues, like thin walls and a simple breakfast, I would still highly recommend this hostel for its excellent service and convenience. a great experience! The value for the money was great, and the room was comfortable with plenty of blankets for the cold nights. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and in a quiet neighborhood.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is more variety in the options available.

We enjoyed our stay at this boutique-style hostel/hotel. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, even checking us in at 4am with a smile. The hot water and quiet atmosphere were also highlights. We stayed longer than planned and would recommend this hotel to others.
We felt safe during our stay and had no complaints.

The location is excellent, with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hostel is close to the city center and main attractions. The staff is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist guests, providing clear information and arranging special services. The neighborhood is cute with great graffiti art on the walls.
The soundproofing of the room could be better, as noise from neighboring rooms can be heard.

As a first-time traveler to this historical city, Hostal La Candelaria was the perfect choice. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore the main attractions such as La Candelaria, Monserrate, and Plaza Bolivar, all within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and assisting with any needs. The hotel itself was secure, clean, and offered hot water for showers. Additionally, there were numerous restaurants just a block away, providing plenty of dining options. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind, offering advice on places to visit and assisting with obtaining a SIM card. The breakfast, although simple, is delicious and satisfying. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace which offers a great view over the city.
The sound isolation in the hotel is not great, as it is located in an old house.
